(More customer reviews)As a paralegal studies student, I have found this volume to be very readable and comprehensive in scope. There are explanations and definitions of terms that help to keep the subject from becoming fogged by unclear thinking. Exercises are scattered throughout the book for additional growth in the area--which I haven't had the time to explore, but intend to do so. Additional sites for research are listed should the reader require it. While I doubt that it would be a volume that would stand up to the use of the more experienced practioner of Family Law, it is something that a beginner to less experienced person can use for referral in practice. It is definately an excellent textbook for instruction in my opinion.
