(More customer reviews)I purchased this book and was amazed to find a scratch off code inside the front cover to use on the Point web site. However, when I attempted to apply to new code to my account on the publishers web site, it did NOT work. I called the publisher and inquired about this, LWW Customer service told me that the web site and student resources would NOT be functional until late February at the earliest. They refused to offer any replacement and I can NOT return the book because I already scratched the code. I haven't contacted Amazon since this is a publishers issue. And, really I feel that the publisher should NOT release the book until all of it's applications are functioning properly! In a way, I feel that I got ripped! The text portion of the book is clearly written and there is no flipping through the book to find the questions answers, since they are printed on the same page as the question. However, if you are a technical person like me and enjoy using the online student resources. Be advised that they will NOT be functional with this book until the end of February 2009. And, unfortunately that will be too late for me, since my boards exam is already scheduled well before then. Otherwise, good alternate format study book for NCLEX-RN.
